Product Guidelines
Production Time
Normal production time for standard orders is 4-7 working days.
Normal production time for custom orders is 6-14 working days (depending on the nature of the order, production time could be longer)

Color Fills
All products shown with a color filled imprint can have a different color used other than what is depicted in the photo.
Metal Plates
All products shown with a metal plate will have the imprint done on the plate. The metal plate is included in the price unless otherwise stated.
Imprint Style
All wood, metal, acrylic, optic crystal and plastic are decorated by laser engraving. Sublimation may also be used for a wide variety of products.
Artwork
Artwork Requirements
In order to not incur artwork charges, we require your artwork to be submitted in a digital format and to be in the following file formats:
- cdr file
- tiff file
- eps file
- jpeg file
- gif file
- pdf file
We work in Corel Draw x 15, Adobe IIIustrator CS5 and Photoshop CS5.
We CANNOT accept the following formats
- PowerPoint files
- Word files
- Excel files
- Files from the internet
Minimum acceptable resolution is 300 dpi at file imprint size. We prefer 600 dpi or better. Please provide a black and white paper copy with your artwork.
Artwork Charges
If the files that you have submitted to us are not usable for our imprinting of the product, we will contact you directly to discuss what has to be done to your files and the cost to convert the files to our needs. We will not proceed with the order until you are fully aware of any extra charges that may be applicable to your order.
Order Information
Credit Policy
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards as well as CASH and CHEQUES. If your credit has not been established, we require a 50% deposit at time of ordering.
Cancellation of Order
You will be liable for all costs incurred up to date of order cancellation.
